La Glace is the premier line of French ice cream in Canada. Our ice cream is made from scratch with a crème anglaise base (milk and cream thickened with cooked egg yolks), resulting in a rich and decadent ice cream with little aeration.
With one taste, you will know what makes La Glace the special luxury that you will want to indulge in & savour each moment.
Prior to opening our storefront in 2017, La Glace was showcased at special events and pop-ups in and around Vancouver including: Crème de la Crème; Holt Renfrew; Williams-Sonoma; Eat Vancouver and TED Talks (2015-2018).
In 2023, we opened a pop up at Union Spaces in downtown Toronto. We now produce ice cream in Toronto for pop ups, wholesale & events.
All of our ice cream, non-dairy frozen treats, pastries & confections are proudly produced in Canada from our Vancouver shop or Toronto production space.
